Parents accept these terms
AlphaPlay accounts must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf. Account creation requires a valid, unused AlphaPlay activation-card code; one card activates one account.
Using AlphaPlay
Use AlphaPlay for its intended purpose — safe learning and play. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
Content & ownership
All games, songs, characters, artwork and software belong to Misbar or its licensors and are protected by law.
Plans and payments
Standard and Elite are family plans chosen by a parent inside the app. Each payment buys one calendar month of the chosen plan and is collected by Digital Pages Pay on our behalf, with HyperPay processing the card; by paying you also accept the terms shown on the checkout page. Payments do not renew automatically and no card is stored by AlphaPlay. Prices are shown before you confirm and may change for future months. Refunds follow our Payments & refunds page.
Availability
We work hard to keep AlphaPlay running smoothly but provide it “as is”. Features may evolve as we improve the experience.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
