Who collects the payment
AlphaPlay plans are paid inside the app through Digital Pages Pay (digital-pay.work), a hosted checkout operated by Digital Pages on behalf of Misbar. HyperPay processes the card and 3-D Secure. Visa, Mastercard and mada are accepted. AlphaPlay never sees or stores card numbers. Your card statement shows the Digital Pages descriptor.
What a payment covers
Each payment buys one calendar month of the Standard or Elite family plan, starting when the payment is confirmed or, if a plan is already active, when the current month ends. Upgrading from Standard to Elite starts Elite from the confirmed payment for a full month. Nothing renews automatically: when the month ends, the family returns to free access until a parent chooses to pay again.
Receipts
Digital Pages Pay emails a receipt with the AlphaPlay and Digital Pages logos as soon as the payment is confirmed. The receipt number is also shown in the app. Receipts are payment receipts, not tax invoices.
Declined, pending and reviewed payments
A declined card is not charged; you can try again on the same checkout for 30 minutes. A payment shown as pending is still being confirmed by your bank and activates on its own. If a payment is marked as under review, please do not pay again: we confirm it with HyperPay within two business days and either activate the plan or refund the amount.
Refunds
Duplicate charges are refunded in full. A plan month that has not been used can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of payment. Once a month is partly used we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Months bought under a previous price are not refunded when prices change. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Email hello@misbar.work, or reply to your receipt email, with the order reference and receipt number. We answer within one business day.
